Our other amenities include a swimming pool, large back lawn, 3 MANGO TREES :-), Hi-Speed WiFi, IP TV, Roku TV, ceiling fans in bed & living rooms & laundry room. The space Our breezy apartment is a spacious, secure, clean space within walking distance of supermarkets, shopping malls, entertainment hot spots, restaurants and the 'Hip Strip" in New Kingston - Kingston's business & entertainment mecca. The back yard is pleasantly extensive and serene with 3 lush mango trees (the mangoes are sweet & juicy 🥭) - You get the best view of the pool from your bedroom and patio. Free Amenities: Hi-Speed WiFi internet, swimming pool, Android Box + Roku TV stick, King-sized Bed, Iron + iron board (we ask guests to please not iron on the bed). Fully equipped Kitchen (microwave, electric stove + oven, electric kettle, pots and all utensils & cutlery). Full bathroom (bath tub, multi-function shower head), towels, spacious closets Paid Amenities: AC is available in the bedroom only and costs US$8.00 per night. Tokens are available for purchase to use the commercial washing machine & dryer in the laundry room for J$450.00 (approx US$3.00) per token. In short, you'll have access to everything you'll need to have a relaxing, comfortable stay in Kingston City! Guest access You have access to an Android Box & Roku TV, a Chromecast, Hi-Speed internet, washer and dryer (tokens needed). Bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans, and there's an AC unit in the bedroom. Rental cars can also be made available as needed. We own one rental car and, if it's booked out, we can connect you with at least two reputable & reasonably priced car rental providers.
