The space Inside, enjoy a bright living space with contemporary furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation. The private backyard offers a serene space to unwind with a pool. Pool/spa upgrade packages are available seasonally and are only available for the entire stay and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. 9/1- 10/1: 85 degrees = $175 per day 95 degrees = $225 per day 105 degrees =$275 per day 10/1 - early November: 85 degrees = $225 per day 95 degrees = $275 per day 105 degrees =$325 per day The pool will be closed for the season in early November (specific date to be finalized closer to November). Additional Info: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional $75 per hour (charged in hourly increments only). Additionally, if communicated at least 72 hours in advance of check-in time, and if agreed to by the owner, guests may have an opportunity to save $75 per hour if there will be late check-in or early check out. Kitchen & Appliances • Feel free to use the kitchen, but please wash dishes after use. • Do not leave food out, as it may attract pests. • Turn off all appliances after use, including stove/oven and lights (including outdoor lighting) Security & Safety • Lock doors and windows when leaving the home. • Do not tamper with security cameras (if applicable). • No candles or open flames inside the house. Garbage & Recycling • Trash must be disposed of in designated bins. • Follow local recycling guidelines and avoid overflowing bins. Check-Out Instructions Before leaving, please: ✔ Take out the trash. ✔ Place used towels and linens in the second bathroom shower. ✔ Load and start the dishwasher. ✔ Lock all doors. ✔ Turn off all indoor and outdoor lights. ✔ Lock all doors. 💰 Deposit & Fees • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged. • A $200 fee applies for any excessive cleaning needed. ⚠ Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Guest access The entire house and yard. No garage access. There is a garage on the property via a separate entrance/driveway that may be accessed by the owner during your stay.
