Super well located, in Downtown, where everything happens! The Downtown Bairro Alto Apartment was recently restored and the decorative project undertaken by interior designer that stresses the contemporary nature of the revitalisation of the space as simultaneously respects the old nature of the building. It is on the 1st floor, has around 70 square metres, 1 living room (with a sofa bed) with a French balcony, 1 bedroom (with a double bed), 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 spacious bathroom and a very fast fibre-optic internet connection (200Mbps). In a building dating from 19th century, this apartment is in the middle of Bairro Alto and just 3 minutes away from Chiado the heart of downtown. The nearest subway station is Baixa/Chiado, only 400m away from this seductive apartment. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine and a laundry washing machine. Rossio and Dona Maria Ii National Theatre are only 900m away. Bairro Alto is an excellent choice for travellers who are interested in a good environment, meeting nice people and are foodies.
