Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike from Boulder Junction and directly on the White Deer Bike Loop, one of the most extensive trail systems in the state, the home offers easy access to nearby attractions. A ten-minute, leisurely bike ride leads to two charming ice cream stands, a fantastic coffee shop, and a variety of restaurants and boutique shops in Boulder Junction. For a unique experience, guests can even paddle a canoe or kayak up to a lakeside restaurant in less than half an hour. See below for a list of bikes and water toys included with your rental! Ladder at the end of dock to enter water. + Use stairs and decking to navigate the shoreline; shoreline is steep + Parking for trailer in driveway and at nearby boat launch Amenity + damage protection waiver includes: - Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels) - A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom. - PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
