Aspen’s interiors are spacious, comfortable, and varied while the outside is made even more luxurious by the indoor/outdoor fireplace. The open kitchen (with island and wine cooler) and dining area are beautifully functional for large groups. In close proximity to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Hickory Run State Park as well as area restaurants, there is always something to do. Featuring 7 bedrooms and 4 baths—limiting morning traffic jams that can be common when traveling with a crowd—and multiple seating areas in which to enjoy a cup of coffee or where you can watch the morning news, this spacious house becomes a home when your family arrives! Welcoming and Inviting Featuring a fully equipped kitchen containing stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and cool granite countertops, this room is not hidden away behind walls, making the cook of the day feel isolated; no, this space is a part of the main public areas, allowing adult cooks and their child sous-chefs to feel as if they are a part of the gathering! The only separation between the dining, living, and kitchen spaces is a large stone fireplace that stands tall in the center of the area, warming guests seated in the plush and comfortable sofa and chairs on the living room side and guests gathered at the large dining table on the dining room side. A separate seating area tucked away in the corner offers overflow seating, another fireplace, and a second large flat screen television. Our Aspen home is designed to handle up to 22 guests and we want to make sure that everyone is comfortable! Each of the 7 bedrooms offer a warmth and coziness you don’t often find in larger spaces, and containing the premium mattresses and bed sets you have come to expect from a Pocono Mountain Rentals vacation escape! Entertainment for the Crowds The Poconos has a lot to offer in terms of entertainment. But what happens when you don’t want to get out of your comfy pants and leave the warmth of your rental home? Are you resigned to reading or watching television for entertainment? Although we don’t have anything against either of those activities (there are televisions in every bedroom), we hope you realize our homes always offer something more! A full-size pool table in one of the many areas set aside for gathering will bring out in your inner pool shark, and when you are looking for a bit of extra warmth, outside you will find a bubbling hot tub tucked away under the deck, a fire pit in the yard, and a gas barbecue on the back deck! All our little extras are designed to create a space that is welcoming and warm. Reserve your stay in our Aspen property today! Please Note: - Driver's License Required Upon Booking - Occupancy Agreement to be Signed upon Booking - No Prom or Grad Groups, Even with Adult Signature or Chaperone! Guest access - Check-In Instructions will be emailed prior to your arrival. That email will include your Door Code. - You can go directly to the house. Lake Harmony Estates is not a gated community. - House comes with 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season). Additional Passes can be purchased at the Beach if you need more ( Single-Day Pass or 7-Day Pass). Only Credit Cards Accepted at the beach. Beach parking lot is located at Wood St & S Lake Dr. - Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass. - Linens and Towels Are Included. The house comes with Bath towels, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 bathmat per bathroom and a set of kitchen towels. The beds have pillows, linens and a light quilt. Other things to note - Please Note: No Prom or Grad Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones! - Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Enter code listed on box. Key is inside. - The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted. - The house has Smart TV's with Rokus. If you have a Netflix and Disney account, you can add them to the TV/Roku of your choice. - Planning to fish during your stay? Persons age 16 and over are required to have a PA Fishing License. - Check Out instructions: • Remove any food/ beverages from the refrigerator/ freezer and dispose of the trash. • There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside. • Remove Linens from the beds. • Leave towels on the bathroom floor. • Clean dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start cycle before leaving. • Return furniture to its original position, if moved. • Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass. • Remember to uninstall Netflix and Disney or the next guests will have access to those channels and could potentially rent movies, shows, etc. We do not check for guest installed channels. • Lock all doors and windows. • Be Sure Everyone Has Their Belongings (AirPods, Car Keys, Bathing Suits, Jackets, Shoes, etc.). Check All Closets, Drawers, Nightstands, Washer and Dryer, Couches and Under the Bed. • Close the main entry door firmly and hit any button on the keypad to lock it.
