It is 1,365 meters above sea level and overlooks the entire valley with stunning views that reach the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea. The property has a large garden, two barbecue areas, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with sofas and sun loungers, and a garage for 2 cars. The space Ca l'Enric is a fully renovated 3-story stone villa. On the main floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and a double bedroom. On the second floor there is another double bedroom and a double room with two twin beds. On the ground floor, there is a washing machine, a laundry room, and a games room. In total, the house can accommodate 6 people. If there's one thing that makes the Ca l'Enric house stand out, it's its spectacular garden that overlooks the entire Camprodon valley from above. In it, we find a built-in barbecue, outdoor tables, and lounge chairs. Other things to note *Pets are accepted (maximum 3) but must be controlled at all times and cannot climb to beds or sofas.
