Combining charm and authenticity, it offers a peaceful living environment while opening onto a wooded and flowered garden with the trees of the Château de Sebourg park in the background. Detached house of 105 m2 on a total plot of 800m2 set back from the street and in a beautiful setting , surrounded by vegetation including: On the ground floor: - Dual distribution entrance - equipped kitchen with two-seater central island, oven , refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob - Dining room with six chairs (baby chair available) - living room with sofa and TV (Freebox access to all channels, amazon prime, etc.) ( wifi) , coffee table. - small living room with relaxation area two seats and small tables, library - small laundry room with washing machine - toilet on the ground floor at the bottom of the stairs with handwasher space - Staircase On the 1st floor: -Bathroom with shower and bathtub - 3 very bright 10 m2 bedrooms with tasteful decor on the same floor (original light-colored floor). Note: There are 6 adult/child beds, and the 7th bed is a cot/toddler bed measuring 70 x 140 (up to about 4 years old). However, there is the possibility of adding a single floor mattress in the room with bunk beds if the 70 x 140 bed is not suitable. - large garden around the house - high house in relation to the street ( access to individual driveway without stairs) ( 3 brick steps to enter the house ) Important: The house is accessed through the private driveway on foot and not by car. Built as a holiday home in 1938 by Liliane and Guy's parents, the charming former owners and after she saw my adorable children Celeste and Léandre grow up, I wanted to return her original vocation. Loaded with memories, this house is now ready to welcome new ones, hear laughter, witness happy moments with family and friends. Passionate about decoration, the interior evolves over the holidays and seasons. The exterior is adorned with beautiful colors during spring and summer. I live in the next village and will therefore be nearby during the stay if needed. I can also be reached by phone. Sebourg is a green lung that is full of treasures like its waterfall, its 12th century church steeped in history and classified as a historical monument, its mill on the peaceful banks of the Aunelle and still in activity ( production of Sebourg mill flour), its green trails that will take you on a hike.
