Enjoy this Entire apartment all to yourself! Within the resort community you'll be able to enjoy beautiful Orlando Florida! You will be 8 minutes from Universal Studios, 4 minutes from Icon Park with the aquarium, huge arcade, The famous Sugar factory, a variety of places to eat and enjoy handcrafted drinks & the ICONIC Sky view ferris wheel, 12 minutes to Disney & Disney springs, and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport. We would love to host you for an awesome visit! The space You’ll have access to a full kitchen, living room area with a smart tv, two full bathrooms.. one upstairs and one downstairs within the bedrooms. The washer and dryer will be located by the entrance door & dining area. This apartment is within a resort!! If you will be using the resort amenities... which include the pool, hot tub, gym, pool table, pingpong table, grill (located in the pool area)... any area outside of the actual apartment.. you will be sharing those areas with other guests who are staying here in the resort community ! What I provide: bedsheets, blanket, pillows, two towels and washcloths for two guests on each bed In kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, cups, Bowls, plates, knives, bottle opener, microwave, keurig coffee machine , full size fridge, freezer,stove, oven, Paper towels and toilet paper are provided upon arrival and restock is the guests responsibility if you run out of what has been provided!!! Guest access When you arrive you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay! This is a 2 bedroom setup with two full beds on the first floor and 1 queen bed on the upper balcony. Each room will have its own full bathroom as well. The resort does have amenities such as an outdoor pool, patio, fitness center, work space lounge within the clubhouse. Please let me know if you want to use the amenities in the resort so we can get you what you need! Paper towels and toilet paper are provided upon arrival and restock is the guests responsibility if you run out of what has been provided!!! Other things to note Please make note of all house rules and check in/ Check out times. If house rules are found to be broken your reservation may be terminated depending on the severity. A $50 fee will be added for every hour stayed passed the checkout time unless we have spoken ahead of time Please do not lose your keys, access key or parking passes! A $100 replacement fee will be charged if lost or failed to be returned properly at the time of checkout
