Other things to note Whether you’re seeking adventure on the water or a peaceful escape by the bay, or a 12-minute commute to the beach, this stunning home has it all! Please note, the driveway has space to fit 2 personal vehicles comfortably, and no trailers or boats parking allowed. The lift is not available for guest use. We ask that guests respect that this is a non-smoking property and smoking is prohibited in the house as well as the "fun down under" space under the house. There are no open flames allowed in the "fun down under" area. Please use the designated grilling area to grill or fry fish. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy (6) cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. This home is NOT pet friendly. 8. Property amenities and space are for the exclusive use of the registered guests. No exceptions.
