Shared spaces: While the studios don’t have a traditional living room, guests have access to the building’s stylish and spacious lobby, ideal for lounging, meeting, or enjoying a morning coffee in a relaxed setting. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, this thoughtfully arranged setup offers the best of both worlds: privacy and proximity, all in a clean, secure, and centrally located building. Other things to note We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable. For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $40 per hour for early check-in and $40 per hour for late checkout. Gym & Game Room: Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rooftop Access: Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop. Parking Information: While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property. If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
