A first building with a large open plan kitchen and equipped with its two dining areas all in smooth concrete. A high table for 8 people and a table for 4 surrounded by two mattresses (a single and a double for a possible dining area or additional sleeping area). Upstairs, a shower and treatment room with benches and two sinks plus a closed toilet. In the second building, a so-called "bedroom" area that opens onto two covered terraces with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The bedroom consists of a queen size bed under mosquito net, complemented by two beds on wheels (a double and a single) that can be isolated on the terraces if necessary with their respective mosquito nets. Upstairs a "large roof terrace" with a table and its mattresses for meals upstairs, covered by an observation area called "El Nido", the nest, a real observation tower or "meditation/yoga" space. Upstairs (second) is a second bedroom with a private terrace under a tree. Upstairs is a third bedroom with Sierra Nevada views Below the two main buildings there are toilets with lavado and shower and under a large tree at the bottom a second large outdoor shower awaits you. Finally, lower down and facing the sea, there is an infinity pool to refresh you after coming up from your swim in the river. The property has 750 m of access to the Rio San Salvador, its shallow waters, between bathtub and lagoon, on a white sand bottom is also perfectly drinkable (bottled one kilometer downstream for the inhabitants of Palomino). You can use up to 5 beds and two more if necessary. Permanent motorcycle taxi service from the Finca and delivery from the village to your favorite hammock every day. Guest access Access to the finca can be done with a classic vehicle (new road to the property) by car or motorbike from Palomino (7 km road). Transfer service from Santa Marta Airport to the property upon request. A mototaxi service from the finca to go to the village of Palomino or the sea in less than 10 minutes. Possibility of delivery (from Palomino) and room service to its hammock or favorite terrace... On site, you have access to over 20 hectares and, most importantly, privileged access to the San Salvador River and its 750 sandy or pebble beaches via a private path, for unforgettable swims in crystal-clear, shallow, and perfectly drinkable waters, surrounded by centuries-old trees. You can also access the bar at Playa del Río and the Cantina de la Mama, or order your food and drinks, which will be prepared and brought to the location of your choice.
