Guest access All the spaces of the property can be used. Other things to note Exclusive Villa for family and friends at Primaveral II Complex at Punta Cana, close by downtown area just 5 minutes away… Important details to know: The Picuzzi is a regular pool, with lights and a bubbling effect that operate automatically every so often. There is a USD 10 cleaning fee for using the BBQ. Payment is made in cash to the host on the property or via a payment request on Airbnb. **ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:** Your stay includes 35 kWh of electricity per night. Any additional consumption beyond this allowance will be charged at USD $0.99 per kWh. At check-in, you will receive the initial meter reading along with a link to monitor your electricity usage throughout your stay. At check-out, the final consumption and any applicable charges will be shared with you. **Estimated consumption:** USD $10–$20 per day (depending on air conditioning usage). **Payment methods:** Cash (at the property), local bank transfer, or through an Airbnb payment request. **GATE ACCESS:** Prior to your arrival, it is important that you provide a photo of the passport, driver's license, or any valid government-issued ID for each guest.
