The space Stay in this cozy apartment located on the second floor of our small apartment building. Please note: access is via stairs only. It comes with all the comforts you need: Fast Wi-Fi available in every room, perfect for travelers visiting for business or pleasure. A comfy 2-seater sofa where you can can relax while enjoying your favorite Netflix shows on our Smart TV, or enjoy one of the books we’ve left just for you. A fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal. We're here to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Guest access The building has 8 apartments, each clearly numbered. Yours is number 2. Access is through the black iron gate. Just to the side, you’ll find several security lockboxes, also numbered. The code for your lockbox will be provided 10 minutes before your check-in time. At the moment, we don’t have a designated common area, but feel free to make use of the available shared spaces. Free street parking is available in front of the property, and at the back, there’s a small patio with a clothesline for your use. Other things to note Our location, as you can see on the map, is just a 7-minute drive from the city center. It’s close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer, yet far enough to avoid the usual noise and hustle of downtown. Only 6 minutes away from Puerto Paraíso Mall and the Marina, where you’ll find a wide variety of tours and activities, both aquatic and land-based. You’ll notice the area is very peaceful. Access to the property is via a dirt road, which can get a bit uneven during the rainy season. However, we regularly maintain and pave the section in front of the property to ensure smooth and easy access for our guests. Along this road, you’ll find a hospital, a seafood restaurant, and our property, which consists of the family residence and the apartment building. This setup allows us to offer 24/7 assistance during your stay. In the surrounding streets, you’ll find everything you might need: pharmacies, laundromats, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, and even a few bars. We promote responsible pet ownership, so if you're traveling with your companion, we invite you to read our pet policy to help ensure a harmonious stay for everyone. During your stay, you may hear some barking or footsteps from time to time, it's completely normal. However, if the noise becomes excessive at any point, please don’t hesitate to let us know
