It’s also 3.5 miles from Whispering Pines Golf Course, 10 miles from Potato Creek, 14 miles from Four Winds Casino, 15 miles from South Bend Airport and 19 miles from Notre Dame. There’s something for everyone! The space The cottage features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room overlooking the lake with a sofa bed and trundle bed, a full bathroom with tub, dining area and kitchen. The outside features a wooden deck, outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, grill, canoe, kayaks, and pier on the water. Guest access Guests may use the house, deck, yard, canoe, kayaks, grill, fire pit, and pier. Please be mindful of nearby neighbors and keep an eye on children near the water. Other things to note This property is in the Central Time Zone. Please keep this in mind when traveling to other locations, making plans, setting tee times, etc. Voices carry on the water. Please be courteous to our neighbors and maintain quiet hours. The cottage has well water. There is a water softener, but it doesn’t completely remove the hard water/slightly sulfuric smell, particularly after it rains. Please be considerate of neighbors’ properties and not walk through their yards or on their piers.
