This apartment of approximately 90 m² is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for €30/day. In addition, the Muntaner metro station is located nearby, giving you easy access to public transport and the various points of interest in Barcelona. The Comfortable Apartment near the Center with Balcony in Barcelona has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a beautiful terrace, perfectly oriented, which will allow you to enjoy relaxing and pleasant moments outdoors. The apartment has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, divided into 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has 1 bathroom for convenience. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: -: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). -: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in. -: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. -: Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -: Arrival after hours: -: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in -: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied. -: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. -: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
