Two Living Areas: Each unit has its own cozy living room, complete with comfortable seating, a fireplace (one unit only), and a smart TV for entertainment. Two Kitchens: The main level unit has a fully equipped kitchen, while the upstairs loft unit features a kitchenette with essential appliances but no oven, making meal prep convenient for all guests. Four Comfortable Bedrooms: Two king beds and two queen beds provide restful accommodations for all guests. Back Porch with Pergola: Enjoy a shaded outdoor seating area perfect for dining, relaxing, or socializing. Other things to note Optional Event Space – Garage/Clubhouse Rental: For an additional $500 per event, guests can reserve the detached garage event space, which includes a bathroom, bar, TV, tables, chairs, food warmers, and two bar-style stand-up tables. Paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic cutlery are provided for your convenience. Party Fee: If there are more than 8 guests, we require a $100 party fee. Family-Friendly: We welcome guests of all ages and can provide recommendations for nearby family-friendly activities.
