Other things to note HOUSE RULES THIS PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING ★ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is evident. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★ Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful neighborhood environment. POOL HEATING ★ Pool heating is available for $35 per day (including tax). It may take 16-30 hours to reach the set temperature. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. ★ The pool temperature is typically maintained between 78-84°F during winter. ★ Please do not touch the pool equipment at any time. POOL RULES ★ Swim at your own risk. ★ Weekly pool cleaning is scheduled on Wednesdays (subject to weather). ★ Children must be supervised at all times near the pool. BBQ GRILL ★ The BBQ grill is available for your use free of charge. Please do not use charcoal in the propane grill. PETS ★ We are a pet-friendly home with a $35 per pet cleaning fee per stay. ★ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not damage furniture or property. ★ Pets are not allowed in the pool or on furniture. AIR CONDITIONING ★ To avoid damage, keep A/C temperatures set between 72°F-78°F and ensure it is on Auto/Cool mode. Lower temperatures can cause the unit to freeze. SECURITY CAMERAS ★ A Ring camera is installed at the front exterior of the property. No interior or private areas are monitored. HOUSEKEEPING ★ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Fresh sheets, towels, and essential amenities are provided for your comfort. TRASH DISPOSAL ★ Please place trash in the outdoor bins daily to maintain a clean home. ★ Observe trash collection days and ensure bins are not left at the curb on non-collection days.
