Beach gear, bikes, and resort amenities are included — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973. The space The home is designed for flexible, comfortable stays, with a multi-level layout that allows everyone to spread out while still having space to gather. The main living area offers an open, relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating and room to spend time together. The kitchen is equipped for easy meals at home, whether you’re cooking for the group or just starting the day with coffee before heading out. Upstairs sleeping areas provide a comfortable setup for families, while the ground-level bonus suite offers a separate, private space ideal for teens, adult children, or another couple. Downstairs, the garage area serves as a convenient beach staging space with seating, gear, bikes, and room to get organized before heading out. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including the private garage, parking, and all resort amenities within the Sea Dunes community. The pool is typically open mid-May through mid-October. Other things to note The beach is a short, easy walk from the unit within the Sea Dunes community.
