The space Studio apartment with king-sized bed is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. An electric twin blow-up mattress is available in the closet with sheets & blanket for a child traveling as well. There is a dedicated office space for the professional in town for business or a conference. Mini-split installed allows for A/C & heat control to your liking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee bar, and all the cooking utensils you'll need for a longer stay. Property is located on a low traffic street that offers peace and quiet. Guest access Guesthouse is on 2nd floor above the garage. It is located in the backyard behind the main house. You will have access thru a gated driveway. Other things to note Our family lives in the main house with school aged children, so quiet time begins at 9pm in the shared backyard space. No parties.
