The Beach Club Catalina HOA has informed us of an upcoming improvement project involving tile replacement in the main lobby and the elevator lobbies. This work is scheduled to take place from April 13 through mid-May. Construction will occur Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, there will be periods of jackhammering, which may result in increased noise levels. Additionally, some elevators will be temporarily taken out of service; however, not all elevators will be offline at the same time.
