We are in close proximity to Cranfield University, Open University, and Kingston Retail Centre, ideal location for both business, students and leisure guests. The space Welcome to our stunning house, stay connected with our high-speed fibre optic internet with up/down speeds of 1 GB up and down, perfect for streaming TV, video conferencing, and browsing the web. As dedicated Airbnb Superhosts, we take pride in delivering an exceptional experience to all of our guests. After speaking with our regular guests, we've recently decided to offer additional amenities such as a kettle, coffee/tea, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Please note, this has come with a slight raise in our rates. To kick-start your first morning of your stay, we offer a complimentary selection of cereals, porridge, coffee/tea, and sugar for your breakfast. We can also provide a variety of herbs for your cooking needs for the first couple of dinners. The room is beautifully furnished with a comfortable double bed and a high-quality mattress, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and a large LCD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime for your entertainment needs. During your stay While we believe in giving our guests privacy to enjoy their stay, yet we are always available to offer helpful advice, recommendations, and travel tips whenever needed. Other things to note At our property, cleanliness has always been a top priority, and with Covid-19 this has even made cleanliness an even higher priority. To ensure your safety and comfort, we have implemented the following measures: • High-touch surfaces are thoroughly sanitised, including door handles and other frequently touched areas • We use cleaning products and disinfectants approved by global health agencies. • Each room is cleaned using an extensive checklist to ensure that all areas are covered. • We comply with local laws and any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Please note that the additional measures we have taken come at an added cost, which we have considered carefully. In order to cover the cost of these extra sanitising steps, we have implemented a small cleaning fee. Kitchen, dining area and visitors This is a home-share, not a self-catering accommodation. Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen for light meal preparation only, such as tea/coffee, cereal, sandwiches, salads, simple breakfasts, or reheating a ready meal. Full meal cooking, frying, baking, batch cooking, or extended food preparation is not permitted. Please keep kitchen use brief, clean up immediately after use, and leave the space ready for others. The dining table in the kitchen is available for eating prepared food only. Please do not use the dining area for extended periods, working, watching videos/social media, phone calls, or relaxing after meals, as other guests may also need to sit down and eat. Only guests included on the Airbnb booking are permitted on the property. Visitors, friends, partners, or additional overnight guests are not allowed without prior written permission from the host. Bringing an unregistered person into the property without permission is not acceptable.
