Your bedroom features a premium King Coil king-size bed, known for hotel-level comfort and support, along with air conditioning, quality linens, wardrobe space, and a private bathroom. It is designed for proper rest after long beach days or late nights out in Seminyak. Guests share access to the villa’s open-plan living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, garden, and the 10m swimming pool (3m wide, 1.65m deep). The layout offers space to relax without feeling crowded, while still maintaining privacy in your own room. The villa is tucked into a quiet residential pocket in central Seminyak, yet everything is within easy walking distance — beaches, beach clubs, fine dining, cafés, boutiques, spas, and nightlife. This room suits couples or solo travellers who want location, comfort, and a proper pool, without paying for an entire private villa. Guest access Guests have private access to their ensuite king bedroom. The bedroom includes a King Coil king-size bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The swimming pool, open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, and garden are shared with other guests staying at the villa. Each bedroom has its own secure lockbox for key access. Guests do not have access to other bedrooms within the villa. During your stay A villa attendant will meet and greet guests between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, keys will be placed in the secure lockbox assigned to your bedroom at the main villa door and the access code will be provided prior to arrival. Emergency contact details and assistance information are clearly listed in the house manual available in your room. We remain available if needed, while respecting your privacy. As common areas are shared, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of others and avoid disturbing fellow guests during their stay. Other things to note This is a private bedroom within a shared three-bedroom villa. Common areas, including the swimming pool, living and dining spaces, kitchen, and garden, are shared with other guests. The swimming pool is 1.65 metres deep and unfenced. The villa is not suitable for small children. Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group while using shared areas. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in respect of neighbours and other guests staying at the villa.
