Enjoy our very private 3-Bedroom Oceanfront Vacation Home. Quart-A-Nancy Point is eco-friendly and self sufficient with 120V solar power and passive solar hot water. Relax, swim and snorkel/scuba dive, read, or watch daily life at Manchioneel Bay. This small piece of paradise provides island living at its best. The way the islands used to be ! The space The house at Quart-A-Nancy Point is one of only a few private homes on Cooper Island. It was built in the 1960s and 70s as an artist’s retreat. The construction is concrete, concrete block, and native stone. It has been fully renovated and updated for easy island living. Quart-A-Nancy Point comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in three bedrooms. An additional 1 or 2 Guests can potentially be accommodated on our double futon. Quart-A-Nancy Point is a smoke-free establishment. Guest access Cooper Island Access Quart-A-Nancy Point, Cooper Island can be reached only by boat. There is no regularly scheduled ferry service. Guests can book a charter transfer from Tortola to Cooper Island with our preferred Charter Captain at Caribbean Images Tours Ltd when you do the house booking. Fees are $300 one-way for up to 4 people from either Road Town or Trellis Bay directly to our Private Dock. Additional charges may apply for larger groups. They can pick you up at the Road Town Ferry Dock, or the dock in Trellis Bay (just a short walk from the airport) and deliver you to our private jetty at Quart-A-Nancy Point, Cooper Island. Please contact us to reserve your transfer. Caribbean Image Tours also offers exclusive Day Trips around the BVIs at a cost of $800 + fuel to Quart-A-Nancy Point guests. This can also be arranged and paid when you book the house. Guests can also arrange alternative transportation themselves; examples include, Sail Caribbean Divers and I&I Boat Charters. Alternatively, guests can rent a boat and use our private mooring (see for example Island Time Boat Rentals). A good summary of how to get to the BVI can be found here. Other things to note The listed rates are for 1-4 adults and include 10% BVI lodging tax. Additional nightly fees apply for more than 4 guests. Additional adults are $50/night each plus 10% tax. Additional Children 0 – 2 years are free, Each Additional Child (Ages 3 – 12) are half the adult rate plus tax. Cooper Island Access Quart-A-Nancy Point, Cooper Island can be reached only by boat.
