Detached house (100 m2) completely renovated, ideally located to enjoy the region, the city center with its castle, house of magic... is 2 km away, possibility to take the bike paths of the Loire by bike to access it. Tennis courts and swimming pools with recreational pool, outdoor heated pool open all year round are 300 m away. The Loire and these beautiful sunsets are 200 m away. We are 15 minutes from Cherverny Castle, 20 minutes from Chambord, 40 minutes from Beauval Zoo The space On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a reception room with a living area (smart TV), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc.), a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a sauna (for 3–4 people), a separate toilet, and an area with a washing machine. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A mezzanine with a sofa bed, a games room with books and board games. The mezzanine is large enough to be able to practice sports (accessories), as well as a small terrace to relax or have a drink. A travel crib, highchair, toilet reducer, potty can be found in the accommodation. (If you want a thicker mattress with bed linen for the travel crib, it is possible on request). An extra baby bed in addition to the umbrella bed is available upon request. The exterior consists of a fully enclosed private courtyard with a dining area (barbecue, parasol, etc.) and a flowery garden with a lawn where you can relax or play. Molky, petanque, croquet games and stilts are available. Your bikes can be parked safely in the courtyard; an electrical outlet is available for charging them. An electrical outlet for charging them is available in the courtyard and in the conservatory. Other things to note Housekeeping is not included in the rate to allow you to enjoy your stay at the best price, so we have chosen not to impose a housekeeping fee. It is nevertheless possible to take this option for an amount of €60 to be paid upon check-in.
