A $2000 service fee will be charged upon checkout, and legal action will be taken if any damage occurs. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind inside the property is strictly prohibited. A damage and cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. $2000 service fee for violation. 21 or Older: You must be 21 or older to reserve the property. If under 21, a $500 deposit is required. Deposit will be returned based on the condition of the property. No Moving Furniture: Do not move any furnishings.
