The space Welcome to 360 Suites – The Penthouse Discover your perfect island getaway in our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath Penthouse, comfortably accommodating 10–12 guests. With a mix of 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, and a queen pullout sofa, there’s room for families, friends, or large groups to relax and unwind. The space is tastefully decorated with beautiful island-inspired décor, comfortable bedding, and stunning views from almost every room. Enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TVs, and a spacious deck overlooking the stunning blue Caribbean Sea, complete with outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise, unwinding with a glass of wine as the waves roll in, or simply relaxing while bird-watching and taking in the natural beauty of the island. Adventure awaits right outside your door! We offer four - two seater complimentary kayaks for guest use (shared with other units), perfect for exploring the calm Caribbean waters. Out back, enjoy a private yard with hammocks, an outdoor shower, and a picnic table—perfect for lazy afternoons in the shade. For fishing enthusiasts, the dock offers a great spot to cast a line. However, please note: Swimming is not permitted at the dock area due to occasional crocodile sightings on the island. For safe swimming, we recommend the South Split area. Penthouse Layout: Rooftop Cupola Room: Sleeps 4 with 1 queen and 2 single beds. Enjoy 360° panoramic sunrise and sunset views and refreshing Caribbean breezes. Accessed via a spiral staircase. Queen Guest Room: Sleeps 2, with private patio access and beautiful sunset views over the quiet back street. Shares a bathroom adjacent to the kitchen with the rooftop room. Studio Suite: Sleeps 2 on a king bed, with a private entrance, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette. Step outside to a private patio with west-facing sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2 with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large glass doors opening to gorgeous sunrise views and cooling sea breezes. Living Room: Includes a queen-size pullout sofa bed for additional guests. Larger Group? 360 Suites is one building with three separate units. If you’re traveling with a larger group, the Penthouse can be combined with the two one-bedroom suites on the first floor, allowing accommodations for up to 20 guests. Guest access All guests of 360 Suites enjoy access to a peaceful backyard retreat, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The area features comfortable hammocks—ideal for enjoying a quiet moment with a book or a glass of wine while the island breeze passes through. You'll also find an outdoor shower, a picnic table for casual meals, and a private beach area furnished with beach chairs, perfect for soaking in the ocean views. Guests are welcome to fish off the dock, but please note: swimming is not allowed in this area due to occasional crocodile sightings in Caye Caulker. For swimming, we recommend the South Split, which is easily accessible and offers a safe, enjoyable beach experience. For adventure lovers, we provide four complimentary double-seater kayaks, shared among the units—perfect for a day of exploring the island by sea. Other things to note Property Layout: 360 Suites is one building with three completely private units. The Penthouse is on second Floor accessible by stairs only Personalized Check-In: We do not offer self-check-in. We personally meet all guests at the property to provide a warm welcome and orientation. As we do not have a physical office, it’s important that guests share their estimated arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. Arrival Time Required: Please inform us of your expected arrival time prior to travel. If you’re unsure, just reach out using the contact details provided in your confirmation email. Drinking Water: We provide complimentary drinking water throughout your stay for your comfort and convenience. Eco-Friendly Environment: We encourage all guests to conserve water and electricity, helping to protect our beautiful island for generations to come. Getting to the Northside Ferries: There are three ferry services operating between the main village and the Northside from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with later hours during high season. Cost: $2.50 USD per person, each way. Golf Carts: We work with several local rental companies. Golf cart rentals can be arranged upon request through our office. Nearby Supermarkets RCD Store: Located directly across the street from 360 Suites Monday to Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mercado at Blu Zen: Located further north, this store also offers grocery delivery. Simply send your shopping list using their contact information (provided in our Guest Information Booklet).
