Lo Raconet d'Arnes

The apartment is newly renovated in its entirety and has all the amenities and equipment necessary to accommodate couples, couples with children, solo travelers or even three adults. The accommodation is part of an emblematic building that is listed by the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia and is located in the center of the historic center of the village, with access from the picturesque Bonaire street, one of the oldest and most beautiful in Arnes. The space Access, from Bonaire Street, is through a beautiful medieval courtyard. The courtyard is private and you will need to climb about twelve steps to access the apartment. Once inside, the first thing you will find is the kitchen (new and equipped), the dining room (with a large table for 4) and the living room (with sofa bed, pouf convertible to bed and a large smart TV with Netflix). All in one well-decorated space illuminated by two balcony windows. In the same space you will find a coffee corner, with coffee maker, kettle, coffee and welcome infusions. In this same room you have a full bathroom with shower. From this space you can access a large and beautiful private terrace, with outdoor table and chairs. On the same terrace you will find a small separate space, where the washing machine, laundry, clothesline, broom, mop, etc. are located. From the living room you can access the suite through some stairs, there are about 5 steps that you have to go down. It is a restored staircase, characteristic of a village house. The suite is a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom and bathtub in the room. It has a 160x200 queen size bed, a beautiful restored Elizabethan desk, two comfortable chesters and a smart TV with Netflix. In this space, two spectacular stone cisterns have been preserved that you can observe through a glass on the floor. The room's architecture is completed with a beautiful stone arch at the head, Catalan vaults with wooden beams, stone walls and hydraulic tiles, which makes this bedroom a unique room. Very close to the accommodation are shops such as the bakery, supermarket, pharmacy or cafeteria. In addition, being located in the historic center of Arnes, places of interest such as the Church, the town hall square, the castle or the Sastre portal are very close. Guest access The apartment is rented in its entirety and the price includes wifi, Netflix, bedding, towels, bathrobes, gel, shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher, washing machine detergent, coffee, infusions, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. The master bathroom has a hairdryer, electric towel rail, anti-fog mirror and rain shower. There is no parking at the property, but you can park for free in a nearby parking lot or on the street. Other things to note The accommodation has three beds, a large 160x200 queen size bed, a 120x190 sofa bed and a pouf that converts into an 80x190 bed. The double bed is located in the suite and the sofa bed and convertible pouf are located in the living room. When you arrive at the apartment, I will inform you of all the operation and I will give you the keys. Remember to bring your valid ID or Passport to be able to check in.
