This apartment comprises kitchen, living-dining area, private balcony, 2 showers, and 2 toilets. The showers area and the toilets completely in separated rooms, which makes it perfect for a group stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 5 level building. It is very comfortable up to 7 guests. The guests can enter the building by entering code number on the entrance lock on the ground floor, and each group of guests will be given a unique code number to enter the room and the building. Whether you are travelling for work or leisure, our place has all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Guest access The guest will have access to the whole apartment for the entire duration of their stay. Other things to note -Balcony is recommended for adults only and will be at guest's own risk. -Children must always be supervised by an adult Number of guests - please check that you are booking for the correct number of guests staying. This information will help us to make sure that the number of beds, and towels are set up correctly. Early check-in - We are happy to arrange a free early check-in, if there is no check-out on the day of your arrival. Baggage storage - We have a baggage storage room on the first floor, which you can use freely on the day of your arrival and departure. Please do let us know if you would like to have access to it. Long stay - For booking which are 7 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session and linen changing will be arranged for you weekly. This service is compulsory as it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fee at the end of longer bookings. Baby Cot - We provide baby cot free of charge upon request. Please note that the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. For child's safety, we do not put any added mattress to the travel cot. Baby chair/kid chair - We provide chairs for kids and babies free of charge.
