This charming Lakefront 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perched on a pier above the crystal-clear waters with just a few steps to your own private beach from your front door. Property can be accessed by vehicle, please read full description regarding the driveway, parking and stairs required to get to the property prior to booking. The space Welcome to your perfect getaway at our stunning vacation rental on Lake Coeur d'Alene! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perched on a pier above the crystal-clear waters, offering panoramic lake views and a peaceful retreat like no other. The driveway to the property is very steep, dirt and requires 4 WD. When you first access the driveway and drive down, you will get to an area where you will want to make the switchback turn to the left and then back into the remainder of the driveway. It is a very tight turn around area. There are approx. 70 stairs that lead from where you park in the dead end driveway to walk down to the house. We don't recommend this house for anyone that has difficulty managing stairs or for children to walk down unattended. We want to make sure that all of our guests are aware of this ahead of time as we are unable to refund once you have arrived. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - Queen 2nd Bedroom - Queen 3rd Bedroom - 2 Bunkbeds The cozy and inviting living areas are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with large windows that bring the natural beauty of the lake inside. Step outside onto the expansive deck, where you'll find comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or watch the sunset over the water. The private dock is the perfect place to tie up your boat, launch a kayak, swim, or just soak in the tranquility. The master suite with its own private entrance, offers a serene escape with lake views and complete privacy. The two additional bedrooms are equally inviting, making this home ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor fire pit, where you can roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy the stars above. Whether you're looking for a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a peaceful getaway to unwind, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay on beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
