Guest access Guests will have full access to the property via a convenient key code entry system for the front and side doors. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. ✷ Minimum Age to Rent: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A government-issued ID will be required for verification. ✷ Firewood: firewood is not supplied. ✷ No Fireworks or Firearms: For the safety and compliance of all guests, fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited on the property due to local regulations. ✷ Hot Tub Guidelines: To maintain cleanliness and safety, limit hot tub usage to 7 people at a time and always replace the cover after use. ✷ Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility, particularly during evening hours. ✷ Sensitive Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. Non-compliance can cause system failure, resulting in significant damage charges. Guest cooperation is essential. ✷ Accessibility: The home features two flights of stairs. ✷ Linens Provided: Rest easy, knowing all beds are furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts. ✷ Towels Included: We provide 1 towel per guest, 2 kitchen towels, and 1 hand towel per bathroom. Please note that beach towels and hot tub bathrobes are not provided. ✷ Starter Necessities Supplied: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. ✷ Hot Tub Maintenance Fee: A $154.50 fee will be charged if the hot tub water becomes cloudy, muddy, sandy, or contains residue upon check-out. ✷ Extra Cleaning Fees: Additional cleaning charges may apply if cleaning exceeds routine services, depending on the time required by the crew. ✷ Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. A late check-out fee of $150 per hour will be applied for delays beyond this time. ✷ Township Fines: The guest will be responsible for any fines or fees the township issues during your stay. ✷ No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited on the property. ✷ No Events: Organizing events is not allowed on the premises. ✷ Surveillance Cameras: For your security, recording cameras are installed outside the property. ✷ Rental Agreement: A separate rental agreement must be signed after booking to secure your reservation. ✷ No Hunting or Trapping: Hunting, trapping, and using firearms or other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. ✷ No Motorized Vehicles: Operation of motorized vehicles (including ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and golf carts) is prohibited on the property, except for authorized access roads. Guest Vehicles: ✷ Recreational vehicles such as RVs, trailers, campers, and boats are permitted for parking within designated areas only. Guests are prohibited from hooking up to the property's electrical grid. Furthermore, the disposal of any waste (including gray water, black water, and other waste materials) on the property is strictly prohibited. ✷ No parking of any vehicles on the grass. ✷ Tent Camping Rules: Tents must be properly pitched and secured to minimize impact on the ground and surrounding vegetation. Use stakes carefully, avoiding damage to tree roots or underground utilities. Fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit near the house. Campfires are not permitted at individual campsites. Maintain a clean campsite by packing out all trash and disposing of it properly in designated receptacles. Properly dispose of food scraps and waste. Do not feed wildlife. Store food and beverages securely to prevent attracting animals. ✷ Guest Limit: The house accommodates up to 20 guests. This total guest limit includes all guests staying in the house, tents, or campers on the entire 40-acre property.
