Cartagena Beach Building - Located in the Crespo neighborhood, with direct access to the beach via the Paseo Marítimo, it boasts a privileged and central location: just 3 blocks from Rafael Núñez International Airport and 5 to 10 minutes from the Historic Center and the Walled City. Personal information will be requested for entry authorization prior to arrival. R.N.T. 220092. The space It overlooks and has access to the ocean via the Crespo Seafront Promenade. It has one bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (the king-size bed is divided into two single mattresses) and a sofa bed with air conditioning (to accommodate three people), and one bathroom. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a balcony. It is located on the 6th floor. It has a Roku TV and Wi-Fi. It does not have hot water, a heater, or an iron. Free parking available on-site (subject to availability of building space before spaces fill up) VISITORS AND ADDING OR REMOVING GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER THE AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN SENT AND THE TOURIST REGISTRATION CARD HAS BEEN COMPLETED. AUTHORIZATION MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE MANAGEMENT MAY PROHIBIT ENTRY TO THE BUILDING. If you are traveling with minors, and they are not your children, you must present a civil registry, minor's identification card, or legal identification document. You must also present a letter from the parents, parent with legal custody, or legal guardian. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry. This is due to management rules to prevent child trafficking. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: 120,000 Colombian pesos or 30 USD (approximately) for each item separately. Please note that this is subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand. Starting in September 2025, the building will have 24-hour luggage storage. This service will be provided by the building's management, who will charge 10,000 Colombian pesos for each piece of luggage left in the storage. It should be noted that the security of the items will be the responsibility of building security and this is not part of a service provided by the property. Construction of the Gran Malecón de Cartagena (Cartagena's Great Boardwalk) along the seafront began in April 2026. Please take this into account for beach access and changes to the landscaping. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. Sauna and Turkish bath services must be requested in advance using a QR code located at reception. COMMON AREAS HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. Tuesday from 2 pm to 8 pm. There is a laundry service in the building. Each load, whether washing or drying, costs 15 k colombian pesos. Liquid detergent must be used. It is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you pay in cash at the machine, please note that it does not give change. The building also has a spa area. It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations must be made 18 hours in advance directly at the spa. Prices can be found using a QR code at the entrance to the spa area. This code is also available at reception. To access the coworking area, you must make a reservation at reception using a QR code. Two hours per guest are allowed. Other things to note SOCIAL ZONE HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. Tuesday from 2 pm to 8 pm.
