It has one bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (the king-size bed is divided into two single mattresses) and a sofa bed with air conditioning (to accommodate three people), and one bathroom. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a balcony. It is located on the 6th floor. It has a Roku TV and Wi-Fi. It does not have hot water, a heater, or an iron. Free parking available on-site (subject to availability of building space before spaces fill up) VISITORS AND ADDING OR REMOVING GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER THE AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN SENT AND THE TOURIST REGISTRATION CARD HAS BEEN COMPLETED. AUTHORIZATION MUST BE SENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL, OTHERWISE MANAGEMENT MAY PROHIBIT ENTRY TO THE BUILDING. If you are traveling with minors, and they are not your children, you must present a civil registry, minor's identification card, or legal identification document. You must also present a letter from the parents, parent with legal custody, or legal guardian. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. Sauna and Turkish bath services must be requested in advance using a QR code located at reception. COMMON AREAS HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. Tuesday from 2 pm to 8 pm. There is a laundry service in the building. Each load, whether washing or drying, costs 15 k colombian pesos. Liquid detergent must be used. It is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you pay in cash at the machine, please note that it does not give change. The building also has a spa area. It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations must be made 18 hours in advance directly at the spa. Prices can be found using a QR code at the entrance to the spa area.
