The home is located in a residential neighborhood , no music or noise after 10PM. 🚫NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE (outside area designated for smoking), violators may pay additional fees Check-in time is after 3pm Check-out is at or before 10 am PARKING🅿️- is provided to the whole driverway in front of the property. POOL: it can be heated but there is fee for it! Make sure you ask to get this service! SECURITY📹*****- The house features 6 outside recording cameras for guest security purpose only.
