We have 24 hours security in villa,There is a limit of 6 guests maximum that I can accommodate. This amount includes children, of any age. I await for your arrival. The space Modern townhome with modern features and fittings and yet cozy, 2 story single house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living hall and the backyard washing area. Welcome you to my cozy house in a quite area but not far from the city. Your space is very private in a private master bedroom with private Bath, Second Bedroom are connect to the Bathroom on the second floor. Please feel free to asking me if you need any help or any information during your stay. Otherwise, for your transport Grab taxi are available in our villa area. You can call a taxi 24 hours from my house it cheap and safety for you. Guest access Guest have access to the entire in place in our house. You can use Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, parking and any household like your own. More option for our guest. - Free wifi internet also available in all area. (late checkout 100 Bth/hour, full rate will be charged after 14.00) • Netflix. (Smart TV in the living room). * (use your account to login Netflix)* - Any Damage and Loss of item will be CHARGED accordingly with online selling price - Cleaning service on request. (The end cleaning is readily charged by Airbnb) - I don't have cleaning service free everyday because my house is private house is not Hotel. - This is NOT a HOTEL: As such, you cannot ask anyone in the villa for assistance. I am always available respond you via Airbnb Messaging. - - For stays of 28 days or more, the house rate does not include utilities. Electricity 7 THB per unit/ Water fee 35 THB per unit. Charge per actual cost. - Free taxi services if you stay over a month.
