Beach studio apartment. Great location

Maracuya is a spacious studio apartment only a 2 minute walk from the beach. This space includes one king bed, a kitchen, bathroom with hot water, balcony and A/C. There is also a sofa bed that can be used for additional guests. We are in the heart of Playa Carmen, just a short walk to the ATMs, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Most importantly -- a short trip to the beach! Our fantastic location gives you easy access to one could need during vacation (without transportation!) The space Maracuya is located on the second level of Buddha Apartments. It does not feel like a regular studio apartment given its large layout. The space is perfect for all travelers - solo couples, friends, families or even small groups with use of the sofa bed. The full kitchen includes fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender and also a toaster oven. Guest access Guests have access to the property garden space and are welcome to use outdoor shower to the left after entering. For lounging, we ask that you stay in your space out of respect for other guests. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LAUNDRY AREA Other things to note Please be aware that we do occasionally have animals on the property, including our two small dogs and a gray cat who may stop for a visit. If you are not a dog person, maybe pick another spot ;)
