This stunning privately owned, gated and recently renovated one story ranch style home is located in the beautiful city of Encinitas. Casa Lone Jack is a 10 minute drive to the Coast and beaches. The main house boasts 4 spacious rooms & 3 full bath rooms. The detached casita has a king bed, full bath, half kitchen and a pool table. Spend quality time with your guests while swimming in the large pool and soaking in the 10+ person hot tub. The property has 7 beds and comfortably sleeps 12. The space Primary room has a King bed, private bidet, walk in shower with a claw foot soaking tub. Bedroom #1 queen bed Bedroom #2 queen bed Bedroom #3 queen/full bunk bed Bathroom #1 shower/tub/toilet Bathroom #2 shower/toilet Detached Game Room has: King bed and twin daybed. Half kitchen (no stove) does have a sink, mini frig, microwave & K-cup coffee machine. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Pool table that may be converted to ping pong. Backyard has a large pool, jacuzzi, bbq, fire pit and hammock. The home includes a tankless water heater, water softener & reverse osmosis filtration system, high chair, pack & play, two twin blow up mattresses & a k-cup/coffee drip combo. *Please Note: Casa Lone Jack has 4 outdoor cameras. Guest access Full house, garage and casita. Other things to note A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) to be paid to the city of Encinitas, will be added to all reservations that are less than 30 days. $399 cleaning fee for all reservations. No heating the pool, unless arrangements were made with owner at least two days before your stay. Additional $250 a night for pool heating, can be heated to 85 degrees. Maximum 3 pets allowed per stay unless otherwise approved by owner, $80 fee per pet. *All guests are required to sign liability waiver & house rules before check in codes are sent.
