Guest access This entire brand new house, front driveway and the garden is available to you during your stay with us. Please note: The understairs cupboard and the walk-in wardrobe in the loft bedroom is not accessible to guests. This space is simply used for our storage. Guest Access: Check in is at 3pm. Please ask if you would like to check in earlier, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check in is completely self-service. There is a wall mounted Master lock key- safe located on the right hand side of the front door by the gas meter box. Please open the safe at the top by pulling the shutter to reveal the buttons. Then enter the safe codes to access the keys, which will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - maximum number of guests allowed are 10 Other things to note Please note: There is a strict NO PARTY policy, and a maximum guest allowance of 10 guests. We do not allow hair dyes and glitter to be used at the property. We do not allow additional furniture to be brought to the property, and we kindly ask that furniture from inside the house is not moved to the garden outside.
