Spacious apartment in the historic center of Lisbon, close to the Graça Funicular, São Jorge Castle, Baixa, and Alfama. Recently furnished, on a traditional street, it offers comfort and a good location, just a few minutes' walk from several viewpoints. Located on the 1st floor of a building with easy access and self check-in. After booking, guests must send their ID, email address, and sign a lease agreement for professional purposes within 48 hours; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled. The space The house has a large entrance hall with a sofa and window, 2 bedrooms with a wardrobe and double bed, which accommodate 2 people each. The rooms have windows with natural light, an open space kitchen with a dining room, a living area with a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people and a pantry for storage and a washing machine. The bathroom is spacious and has poliban with shower protection. Bed linens are provided for beds and sofa beds. We also leave a face towel and bath towel for each guest. There is a chance you can put a crib. A private parking space for the apartment may be available, subject to availability and advance payment of €20 per day. Other things to note We’d like to let you know that during your stay in June, Lisbon will be celebrating the “Santos Populares” — one of the city's most traditional and lively festivals. There will be festive street parties (called arraiais) throughout the entire month, especially in the surrounding areas. However, during the week of June 9–15, the celebrations become more intense, with June 12th being the peak night of festivities. During this time, you may notice increased noise, street closures, and heavier foot traffic near the accommodation.
