Beautiful River View Suite in Puerto Santa Ana

The living room includes a dining room, equipped kitchen and 43-inch TV. In addition, it has a full bathroom with a walk-in closet and hot water. Perfect for an unforgettable stay. Other things to note PARKING🚙 We do NOT have private parking, but we can gladly arrange one with a friend who owns parking spaces. They charge $10 a night. If you need one, please let us know in advance to get you one as they are scarce in the area. SCHEDULES⏰ Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. VISITORS🛑 As part of the building's bylaws, no visitors are allowed on the properties. Only registered guests can enter. SOCIAL AREA🌊☀️ The building's social areas include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. They are available Tuesday through Sunday from 9 am to 8:30 pm. POWER OUTAGES🚨💡 The building has an electric generator for when there are power outages. However, the generator only supplies 110 volt points: lighting, plugs and outlets. The generator does not supply 220-volt points, that is, when there are outages there is no air conditioning, stove, hot water, etc. For these occasions we have left a fan for your comfort. You can check the power cut schedules with us to be prepared in advance. IMPORTANT‼️ The accommodation is in a residential area, not a hotel. Therefore, it is important to respect the following building rules, to avoid warnings and fines ($) from Riverfront management: ✔️ Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ✔️ No parties or events. ✔️ No smoking allowed. Do ✔️ not walk through the corridors in a bathing suit, shirtless, barefoot, or with alcoholic beverages. ✔️ No guests are allowed, only people on the reservation can be inside the property. ✔️ Sheets and towels that are returned stained will be charged ($20 each).
