A diffuser adds a soothing aroma, while natural sunlight and indoor plants create a calming vibe. 🎮 Entertainment & Leisure Unwind on the 6 - seater sofa, binge your favorite shows, play board games, or pick a book from our collection. An Xbox is also available on hire (subject to availability & to be confirmed before booking). 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped modular kitchen includes a large refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktops (not gas ⛽️ cylinder cooktop), cookware, and serving essentials. Enjoy meals amidst greenery and ambient lighting for a homely touch. Within stays, house cleaning of the apartment can be offered at 500/- extra per day, if you would like to avail that option. The open dining space and fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktops, fridge, microwave, cookware) make it easy to cook and share meals. For convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine and 4 powerful air conditioners (2 in the living area + 1 in each bedroom) to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. Other things to note We’d love to make your stay as smooth as possible! Here are a few important notes: 🚶 Accessibility Our apartment is on the 4th floor and accessible via our New Lift. Please note that if in case there is ever a Technical Error with the Lift - we have stairs that can be accessed. ⚡ Power Supply Power cuts are rare in our area, but in case of government outages, there is no backup generator available. 🎉 Gatherings & Celebrations We welcome small celebrations with family or friends (subject to the number of guests entering the apartment at any point in time, selected at the time of booking). Please follow quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), respect the space, and avoid moving furniture or sticking decorations on walls. Any damages will be charged at actuals.
