Cabin in Avon

Take a break and unwind at Bear's Den. An off-grid cabin in the heart of the Western Maine Mountain area. Peace, quiet and surrounded by the beauty that makes Maine special. We offer a private and simple cabin to re-set. The Rangeley Lakes area is a 30 minute drive. There is a grocery store and gas station 10 minutes away. On a clear night the sky is yours to star gaze. The space We offer a simple, relaxing stay with a full-size bed and a futon. There is a couch and a small kitchen table with 2 chairs. There are sheets and light blankets included, please bring sleeping bags or heavier blankets if you want. There is an outhouse at the ground level (under the exterior stairs) Atv trail access at doorstep. Rangeley lakes area 30 minute drive. Guest access There is parking for cars and atvs We have woods and streams to explore. Other things to note It is off grid so there is no water or electricity. We also have a French coffee press if you want to bring your own coffee.
