Smart Airport Transfer: Land at DPS afternoon? Recharge at a Ubud villa first— we can arrange a stress-free 4-hour scenic drive (at guest’s cost) next morning with hidden stopovers 3. The last 5 minutes to the villa has a natural dirt road (that's how we keep the area peaceful and untouched! Please ride carefully- Slow down.). A tiny trade-off for total privacy and that "hidden gem" vibe. 🌿 Guest access Entire villa, except for staff work room and electromechanical room Other things to note Here below is the general information of the facilities and service which most of the guest may want to know: 1. It's a villa with full service. We have hired a dedicated team to service our guests , we will assign villa manager to greet our guest, and take care of the request or handle emergency during the stay of our guest; after booking confirmed, our villa manager will connect guests before their arrival. 2. We have one full time housekeeper working in our villa, 8 hours per day, usually the housekeeper comes in the morning for 5 hours and around dinner time for 3 hours. But we can be flexible to some extend upon guest's preference. 3. There is also gardener and security work full time in our villa. Security will work from 18:00 - 6:00 every day, it means even you arrive at mid night, we will have people to help you check in. 4. Attention: To some guest who feel bothered with service people around, please let us know when you check in, and we can then arrange with you for the suitable working time and area. 5. Our housekeeper could cook and do laundry for you upon your request. The cooking/laundry service is included in the room charge already, you need to inform our housekeeper in advance and pay for the food ingredients that you request(cash in advance); We encourage the guest to buy the groceries by themselves, of course the staff can also buy the groceries for you upon your request and present the receipt on the same day(please understand that some recipes may hand written from local vendors); it's appreciated if our guest pay some tips for the shopping service to our staffs. However, to mark up or over charge for the groceries is not allowed, in case you have any question on the receipt our staffs presented, please contact our villa manager Budi or to me immediately. 6. We can arrange airport/other villa pick up service: one way from DPS airport to the villa is about 1 million IDR for less than 3 pax; 500K IDR from Gilimanuk harbor; a half day or one day trip can be also arranged, our villa manager will be glad to arrange the transportation for you. 7. It will take about 47 minutes driving from Gilimanuk harbor; around 4 hours driving from DPS airport to our villa, and from Ubud it will be about 2 hours driving , the exact time will depend on the traffic; Fortunately, there is beautiful lakes and rice paddies on the road. 8. To go around, another good alternative is to rent scooter, it's about 6 Euro a day, and the scooter can be delivered and pick up at our villa; you need to request it to Villa manager one day in advance. The nearest shop is about 10 minutes and 20 minutes to the village main road by walk. 9. Warung Kadek Merry is a local traditional restaurant and about 5 minutes ride from our villa. Food is delicious and cheap. They can deliver food to our villa. Of course, there are some other restaurants with distinctive styles in the village. You are welcome to discover hidden private menus everywhere. You can also ask our housekeeper, and she will be happy to introduce it to you. 10. When the tide is low, turn right from the pool and walk along the beach for about 10 minutes to reach a Robot bar where you can enjoy the sunset and ocean views. If you walk for about 20 minutes, you'll find a resort with a beach where you can dine, have drinks, and admire the beautiful seaside scenery. Near the villa, there is a romantic beach where you can rent outrigger boats. There are also some simple hiking trails suitable for trekking, leading to viewpoints where you can overlook the sea. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and the ocean scenery at dusk. Sunset Horseback Tours Along the Shore is a good experience and memorable.(Nearby, you’ll find friendly locals who offer **horse rentals** for beach rides） 11. As we are situated in a natural environment, it is inevitable to encounter small insects. We recommend that you close the windows and doors of your bedroom in the late afternoon, especially when the lights are on, to ensure they do not disturb your sleep at night. 12. The small faucet next to the gas stove provides filtered water, and the filter cartridge is replaced regularly. Please feel free to drink it with confidence. 13. If you like to have half day or day trip, temples , west Bali national park , famous temple of water god ..etc; You will find some detailed introduction in the service manual in our villa. 14. If you enjoy snorkeling or fishing, you can reach the seaside directly from the pool. It is recommended that you wear rubber shoes or thicker socks as the coral in the sea might injure your feet. If you plan to go snorkeling, please remember to bring your personal snorkeling gear and rubber shoes, although these can also be purchased in the nearby village. 15. If you are interested in scuba diving or island hopping and snorkeling , west Bali is a good place as it's close to one of the best diving spots in Bali, Menjangan island. you may find the good diving club recommendation in our service manual; or our villa manger to arrange for you and you need to inform him one day in advance. 16. We also provide outdoor BBQ(Barreled gas available), internet TV(Netflix),sound bar and BOSE minilink and free WiFi, you are free to enjoy without additional service charge. 17. We can call massage service to the villa with very reasonable price, please request to Budi at least half day in advance. 18. There are 3 rooms with king size bed and bathroom. Two rooms with bathtub. There is only toilet (no shower) in the living room. A oversized Jacuzzi at the rooftop. Three bedrooms, living room and indoor dining area all with an independent air conditioner. One of upstair bedroom equipped with an internet TV. 19. Our villa also offers some unique services, such as filling the pool（ 2.5 million IDR)、 a bathtub(300K IDR) and Jacuzzi (500K IDR)with flower petals, or providing babysitting services for infants and young children(200K IDR per day for up to 7 hrs ). If you require any of these services, please inform the villa manager in advance so they can make the necessary arrangements for you. 20. The base price is for 2 people. The extra charge for an extra person is 20 USD/person/night as the house cleaning fee. Please put the correct number of guests then the price will be calculated automatically.
