Less than 5 min driving to HWY 403, Erin Mills Town Centre, Credit Valley Hospital and GO Transit transitways, 20 minutes to Toronto Pearson International Airport and 30 minutes to downtown Toronto. Easy access to HWY 401, 407 and QEW. The space Welcome to your private guest room with ensuite bathroom & walk-in closet in a townhouse. You will also have a small desk and chair in the room. Bedroom door can be key locked and a lockbox is available for you to store your valuables. Although the room currently has 1 King bed, it could be arranged with 2 Twin beds if required. Guests agree not to use the internet for any illegal activity (incl. copyright downloads). Free Parking: Visitor parking is available. Surveillance cameras are used in this condo, townhouse complex for the safety of residents and visitors. Guests will be liable and may be charged for any complaints/ damages relating to their stay.
