Beautiful modern and fully renovated apartment. All main sights are right at your doorstep! 1 min walk from National Museum of Ireland. Guinness Storehouse can be reached within 7 min walk and Phoenix Park 10min, also Tram & Train is only 1 min away from it. Very bright with brand new furniture and appliances. One of the coolest neighborhoods with trendy coffee shops and restaurants . All you need to enjoy your visit as much as you can! The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a nineteenth century building with no lift, 100 meters away from Museum Lucas stop station. Amazing location next to Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. Landmarks just as Temple Bar and Phoenix’s Park are just 15 minutes walking. Its location is perfect for walking around the most emblematic areas of Dublin. You can also walk to Chris Church Cathedral and Dublinia. Since there is no parking assigned to the apartment I can send some recommendations if needed however having a car in Dublin city centre isn’t ideal The renovated apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant to sleep 5 guests (2 double beds and one sofa bed) full equipped kitchen to prepare your meals , if needed. The little bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Guest access You will find available in the apartment bed linens, towels, soap and shower gel and shampoo, and toilet paper. We provide some basics like salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea or coffee free. There are city and subway maps available to guide you throughout the city, and we are available for any problems or questions that may arise. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. (Available to allocate early check-in whenever it's possible). You will be requested to verify your identity on Airbnb platform before being able to check into the flat. Also, we will charge you for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €250 smoking fee, at minimum. Electricity allowance for long-term winter stays (more than 15 days) To help keep the property warm and comfortable for you during the colder months, your stay includes an electricity allowance of €100 for every 15 days (equivalent to €200 per month). We’ll take a quick meter reading at check-in and again at check-out so you only pay for what you use beyond this generous allowance, if any. This way, you can enjoy your stay while keeping energy use fair and sustainable.
