I currently live alone in the residence and value the safety of both parties, so I always open and close the main entrance of the house. The house keys will remain with me; only the key to your room will stay with you, and I open the front door when you arrive and leave the house, so it is necessary that you let me know when you are leaving and arriving. I only ask that you do not arrive in the middle of the night so as not to wake me, okay? It is not permitted to bring strangers or boyfriends/girlfriends, as the stay is solely for the guest's use. When ordering fast food delivery, please inform me so that I can receive the delivery person along with you! Do not order without informing me, as this may cause trust issues between us and the security of the house may be affected. You are free to order your fast food. Understand that the risk of a burglar entering is high, and cats could escape to the street. Therefore, it is NOT permitted to open the door without informing me, as the house door is the same for everyone who lives there at the moment! Smokers - NO SMOKING in the house or in the room. It is not allowed anywhere within the house walls. Cleaning is included in your stay once a week and is MANDATORY.
