My home is a 2 bed flat on the third floor in a wonderful building. Given its Central Location the flat is quiet with 2 good sized Bedrooms (one King and one Double) and two full Bathrooms. The area is within the sought after and regularly used for filming and has some of London's best pubs just a couple of minutes walk away. Waterloo Station is 5 minutes by foot and Covent Garden is just 10 minutes walk away. The space The flat is over 900Sq feet with a generous living / kitchen / dining area for guests to relax in. There is a good sized entrance area for hanging coats and keeping bags while staying which is also where the utility room is with washer / dryer. Two full sized bathrooms means guests don’t have to share and both bedrooms have some hanging space and bedside tables with iPhone chargers and adapter plugs available for guest use. The flat is on the 3rd floor so you will be getting your steps in each day! And up one more floor is access to the communal roof terrace which provides you some lovely views and a sun trap for the afternoon sun. Guest access Whole flat Other things to note Please note that we do personal check in, therefore if you are going to arrive outside of these times there will be an out of hours charge for us to meet you. If you arrive on a bank holiday or national holiday, we again will need to charge you a fee of £60 for holiday payment to the housekeeper and then if out of hours, that charge as well.
