Great Gathering Place in 1906 Fully Renovated Home

Super clean, fully-refurbished 1906 Cape Cod style beach home with ocean and Coastal mountain range views. Lots of separate spaces for families to join together or be alone...outdoor porch, outdoor patio, sandbox when the beach is too far (even at only 2 minute walk to beach dune trail) for little ones. Airbnb currently does NOT collect City (7%) or County (3%) occupancy taxes. It only collects the 1.5% State occupancy tax. The additional taxes must be paid directly to owner prior to arrival The space 5 bedrooms with linens(max # guests 10): Please note: beds are not made up in advance to insure you arrive to clean beds and can make up the beds you need. Be prepared if you arrive late and tired. main floor 1 bedroom with 2 twins 4 bedrooms upstairs: 1. king & twin w/twin trundle 2. queen 3. queen 4. twin bunks (can be hard to make, so bring a sleep sack or lightweight sleeping bag to put on top of mattress cover if you want.) 3 full baths: 1 main floor w/walk-in shower. 2 upstairs – 1 w/walk-in shower & 1 with shower/tub. sink in king room sink & vanity in upstairs hall. Fully-stocked kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, drip coffee pot w/filters & Keurig, hot pot for water, crock pot, rice cooker, electric griddle, blender Gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, gas bbq outside hooked up to house gas. No smoking of any kind including vaping or e-cigarettes. No pets. No tents or RVs (occupied) on property per City Code. Guest access The entire home. Wish we could have enjoyed the fire pit as it is uniquely situated for those beach winds in the evening--the weather was nice enough that we always ate outside, but it was great to have the option of eating indoors with a view. A lot of beach houses are kind of dark and leave you feeling confined. The wrap around deck, all the light in the house and the back yard were perfect. In short, we will recommend that our friends try to rent your place, as it is the best place we have rented at the beach that we can remember. The girls are three and six and even though they spent the whole day making sand castles at the beach, the sand box still got a lot of use--nice touch Thank you again for letting us use your amazing beach house--it was a real treat--and your attention to detail was very much appreciated .
