Central well connected cozy double room

Welcome to a bright and calm flat located in Bermondsey, SE16! Just a 5-minute walk from Southwark Park. While central you are far from the hussle and bustle of London Featuring great walks, proximity to docklands, and access to Thames. Ideally connected (London Bridge ~30 min w/ transport). You are also a 7 min walk from Surrey Quays Station and 17 min walk from Canada Water Jubilee line station. Bermondsey's buzzing hipster spots like cool breweries, and art galleries are only 1.6 miles away. The space The flat is on 4th floor. Use the elevator at the back of the block to come to 4th floor. Flat is situated near to the street side of housing block Guest access You'll be sharing the space with only myself (37yo male professional) and have your own double bed in a dedicated room and access to use all the shared spaces. Im likely to be away during work hours but sometimes work from home. Happy to accomodate any needs as best as I can during your stay but would appreciate advance notice. Shared house living best practices apply. Please clean after yourself, keep quiet unless communicated in advance and respect quiet hours. During your stay In terms of interaction with guests happy to have a chat here and there but am busy with my life. Please share your preference before arrival or while staying. I'm an international 38yo male and while I have my own life would appreciate a friendly face around when we are home. I work from home 2 days a week. When sending me a request I would appreciate if you could share a bit about yourself, your schedule and confirming that you know this is a houseshare and whether you are aware of common house sharing considerations like cleanliness, communication and low noise environrnment. Other things to note Please take shoes off while inside. Clean after yourself and lock the doors and windows when you leave the property. Also the main door shuts behind you so if you forget your key you'll be locked out. be careful! The key is a special security key so take extra care not to lose it (the cost of copying the key in case of loss will be on guest and might be expensive)
