You may experience scaffolding, limited views, and some daytime noise. Construction work is ongoing daily from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no works during the weekends or bank holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the building. ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be a charge of £25. For check-ins after midnight, there will be a charge of £50. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your valid ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please be informed that we do not allow guests below 18 years old to stay in the accommodation. ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for non-students over the summer period. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable.
