Quintessential Catskills: Come relax in our cozy old farmhouse with a great front porch. Complete with a wood-burning stove and beautiful views. 5 minutes to Belleayre mountain, 15 minutes to Margaretville(great shops), and 10 minutes to Peekamoose Restaurant(fantastic food). These are just a fraction of the reasons why we love our home— and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. The space Come and relax on the porch, wander around our 8+ acres(or drive a few minutes for hiking, swimming, skiing or boating on the reservoir), wander around our semi- abandoned apple orchard (as we bring it back to life!) and warm up with a fire at night in the fire-pit and enjoy all that our area of the Catskills has to offer! Three comfortable bedrooms(1 king, 1 queen, 1 double)and a bonus office/guest room attached to the King room. Den complete with TV, Roku and Sound-bar. Luxurious living room for living it up or winding down. Kitchen with wood-burning stove, dining area, and all of the appliances needed to make a feast. Excellent Wi-Fi if work from home is needed, though you may want to just disconnect. Guest access Guests have access to all of the space. Other things to note We are on a county road and have one neighbor very close, though there are over 8 acres on the other side of the house to explore; plenty of space (you are encouraged) to roam!
