Cozy Cove Cabin in Townville on Lake Hartwell

Get away from it all at Cozy Cove Cabin, a quiet lakefront (Lake Hartwell) property. One-bedroom lofted barn style cabin. It has a full kitchen and a loft area for the kids. We are 16 min from Clemson University for all those home games. Why pay for a hotel when you can enjoy peace and quiet on the lake. Tournament fisherman, we have enough parking for your bass boat and a circle drive to get turned around. There are plug-ins outside, green pond landing 10min away. Book for the Clemson games. The space 1.6-acre lakefront property. Private and secluded, hardly any traffic on this dead-end road. There's a creek located at the back of the property that runs into lake Hartwell. There is enough banking to park a boat on the water, sorry no dock. It's about 50' of shoreline, no beach area to lay out in the sun, more of a cove setting, to fish or swim when lake is up. Please check lake levels. We have a circle driveway if you have a boat or trailer. Enjoy this quite setting from our lofted barn style cabin. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bath(shower). Bedroom has a double size bed. There is a loft that sleeps two. Living room has sleeper chair and a futon. It has a full-size kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, sink. Enjoy high speed WIFI. Both 📺 are smart TVs with Amazon and Netflix. It has electric fireplace and a split unit for A/C or heat. Enjoy the outside on the 8x20 covered porch with seating and a gas grill. Very safe and quite area. Cozy cove cabin is on the same property with the Moose Lodge cabin, if you have a large family and need to rent both cabins, that's an option. Guest access Parking beside tiny house, has a circle drive if pulling a boat or trailer. You can access property by boat also. Other things to note We are 25 min from downtown Anderson and 40 min from downtown Greenville. We are 16 min from Clemson University. There is a boat ramp 2 miles away. Green pond landing is 10 min away. Broyles landing is about 5min away.
